Terms of Service

Power Calls is a scheduling tool for small-group calls hosted by Mickey Shiloh. By submitting your information, you agree to the following:

  1. How it works. You share your availability and a short bio. If at least three people (including Mickey) can make a time work, she'll email everyone each other's bios and schedule the call. There's no guarantee a call happens — it depends on enough people lining up.
  2. Your bio gets shared. By submitting, you consent to your name, bio, and what you're working on being shared with the other people invited to your call. Don't submit anything you wouldn't want a small group of founders to read.
  3. Opt out anytime. Don't like the room? Just say so. No hard feelings, no follow-up pressure.
  4. Be decent. These are curated rooms. Spam or scams get you uninvited — from this call and future ones.
  5. Mickey's call. She picks the groups, sets the schedule, and can cancel or decline anyone, anytime, for any reason.
  6. No promises. Power Calls is a way to meet people, not a business guarantee. No warranties, no liability beyond the price you paid — which is nothing.
  7. No obligation. Submitting your availability doesn't guarantee a call will happen. You may or may not hear back if I don't think you're a fit for the groups forming. If you're unsure where things stand, just reach out.
  8. Timing. Allow up to 21 days for a call to get booked. If nothing's landed by then, we'll regroup — and email me in the meantime if anything's pressing.

Privacy Policy

What we collect: your name, email, timezone, what you're working on, your bio, and your availability picks.

How we use it: to schedule calls, match availability, and share your bio with the other people on your call. That's it.

What we don't do: sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything outside Power Calls.

How long we keep it: until you ask us to delete it. Email mickey@mickeyshiloh.com and it's gone.

Security: reasonable measures, standard stuff — but no system is bulletproof, so don't submit anything truly sensitive.
