Hey, it's Mickey — thanks for being here.

Since the pandemic, we've all been inundated with calls. I'll be honest — I can't remember 90% of mine. Can you? What starts as a 15-minute chat becomes 45 minutes or more, and a full day of back-to-backs leaves you wondering what actually got done. The follow-ups slip, the threads go quiet — lots of talking, not much moving forward.

My mission in 2027: do more together.

Unless something is top-secret or deeply personal, I believe we learn more as a group than we ever will one-on-one.

Here's how it works.

3–6 people per call. Short intros, share what you're building, then open it up — how can we help one another? We leave with real action steps, and we stay connected after. If a connection isn't for me, it might be for somebody else on the call.

Once we've got three people whose availability lines up, I'll email everyone each other's bios ahead of the call. And if it doesn't seem like your room, no pressure — opt out, no harm no foul. Honestly, I love curating rooms. This is fun for me.

One rule: the call doesn't happen until at least three people (including me) can make it. We wait until everyone's availability lines up. If something's genuinely urgent, send me an email instead — I'm better there. It gives me space to think and answer thoughtfully about how I can actually help.

These aren't open to everyone — I'm thoughtful about who gets an invite, and that's what makes them worth showing up for. It's one of the best ways I know to make connections that actually go somewhere.

If your calendar is full of 1:1s that never quite go anywhere, try this. There's power in numbers.

Please allow up to 21 days for a call to get booked. If nothing's landed by then, we'll regroup — and email me anytime in the meantime.
